We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. We recommend reading carefully the information below:

 

REFUNDS: Full price items are eligible for a full refund, unless purchased with Afterpay or with any discount code.
AFTERPAY: Orders purchased with Afterpay are only eligible for a store credit.
EXCHANGES: Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we do not offer exchanges on any items. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for a refund.
PROMOTIONAL/WELCOME CODES: They are only eligible for a store credit.Welcome codes are also considered as discount codes.
SAMPLE / SALE ITEMS / IG SALES: They are only eligible for a store credit. Welcome codes are also discount codes.
RETURN SHIPPING: Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via trackable method for peace of mind.

RETURN CONDITIONS: All orders need to be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please add your order number and full name in the satchel.
For International returns please notify us by email the intended return once received. 
The items need to be returned in the original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached. 
 
 
RETURN PROCESS: Upon receipt of the items, they will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.
We endeavour to process refunds daily but please allow up to 3-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive email notification when your return has been processed.
