WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders placed before midday (Sydney time) are dispatched the same business day.
Orders are processed during standard business hours Monday to Friday, purchases made on weekends and public holiday will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES?
All international customers are responsible for any local Customs & Duties or taxes placed within their own country. For information on Custom/Duty tax, speak to your local customs office.
LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
We cannot take responsibility for any parcels that have gone missing, been stolen, or been delivered incorrectly. Unfortunately, once the parcel has left our hands it is the responsibility of the courier and any further disputes must be settled with them.
